Face the Leisure Centre at Newbold Comyn, Leamington Spa. Go L into Comyn along
metalled road. In 50 metres, take path on L between car parks. Proceed past Newbold Comyn Arms
and Golf Shop to cinder path.

Turn L through metal gate and immediately R uphill (Known locally as
(Cardiac Hill - deviate around the large locked gate). Path curves left then immediately right. At fork bear R
slightly downhill, keeping metal railings on L and golf course to R.

Path veers R to continue around edge of golf course. At end of tree line
on R pause for views over south Leamington.

Path continues to veer to right, with views of Offchurch Valley to L and
Leamington to R.

Continue forward with thick hedges on both sides of path.

Hedge on R gives way to views over golf course. Continue past hedge
coming in from R to a small copse, also on R.

150 metres beyond copse find clearly marked 17th Tee. Behind the Tee is a
manicured hedge coming down from R. Opposite the end of hedge, on L of path,
look for hidden footbridge into field.

With care cross footbridge in hedge. Turn right to follow path round edge of
field and through kissing gate to Redhouse Farm drive. Go 1/2 L over drive and continue through
opposite hedge.

Bear
R to keep Runghills Wood on L. At end of wood, exit across ditch, turn L
and follow field edge L to find hedge gap, and high-rise flats beyond. Go through
hedge, turn R and follow hedge on R to exit field. In 10 paces find metal
kissing-gate on R. Go through and L up field to second kissing-gate. Go
through to pass cottage and barns on L. Continue ahead past house on R to
concrete road.

Follow road downhill
to end of hedge on L. Leave road to go straight ahead across field to field
corner. In approx 5 paces, turn R through hedge and immediately L uphill,
keeping hedge on L. Proceed downhill to take kissing gate at junction with Offchurch Road.

Cross road and turn L. Proceed 160 metres to turn R into Queen Street. Follow Queen Street through village past shops, into High
Street to come to St. Mary’s Church. Go ahead to find Kings Head Pub

Cubbington
to Leamington Spa

Face The King's Head pub at Cubbington. Go R downhill to junction with Church Lane. Cross ahead into High street, with Old
Manor House on L.

Follow High Street into village centre, where it becomes Queen's Street.
Continue ahead past shops and The Queen's Head pub to junction with Windmill
Hill.

Turn L into Offchurch Road, and in 160 metres cross road R to kissing gate in
hedge.

Take gate and follow
well-trodden path uphill, with hedge on R. Note tower block on
horizon. Proceed downhill to corner of field and turn R through hedge. Turn
immediately L and cross field ahead to pick up concrete road. Continue uphill
past house on L and barns on R to kissing-gate by cottage.

Go
through kissing-gate and down the field to second kissing gate at bottom R. Go
through and turn immediately L to follow hedge on L with tower block on R.

In 100 yards, turn L at hedge gap into field with hedge on R. Follow path
around field edge, keeping hedge on R, to pass wood (The Runghills) also on R.
At corner of wood, turn sharp right over ditch (look for hidden waymark).
Continue ahead with wood on R.

end of wood take gap R and go ahead with wood R to exit by corner gate gap. Go
ahead across field, over mid field sleeper bridge, towards Redhouse Farm.

Cross drive by telegraph poles and enter field ahead by kissing gate. Turn L and
follow round the field to gap in far hedge. Cross carefully by railway sleeper to enter Newbold Comyn Park.

Turn R and follow cinder path around golf course. Good views over
Leamington. Follow path to Golf Professionals shop the turn R to pass Pub R,
through car park to Leisure Centre.
